Eye Body Language - How to Use Eye Body Language to Build Trust and Be Liked

Of all the nonverbal communication signals, eye body language is probably the most fascinating. They say the eyes are "the windows to the soul." I agree, since your eyes pretty much reveal your inner thoughts and feelings.

Even more amazing is the fact that you can use eye body language to build trust and make people like you. Here's how:

Making eye contact is the key.

You must make eye contact around 70% of the time if you want to convey your sincerity and respect. Avoiding eye contact unconsciously gives the impression of dishonesty, shyness, anxiety, or humiliation.

If you continuously avoid making eye contact, you might be perceived as someone who is insecure, unreliable or even deceitful. Although that may not be the case, that's the normal impression that people have of someone who can't look at them straight in the eye.

If you're too timid or are afraid to make eye contact, just look at the bridge of the nose or the portion between their eyes, and they'll think that you're looking at them.

Be aware of your eye body language.

Some people unconsciously send body language signals that offend other people, so be sensitive to your eye movements. Don't roll your eyes, as this indicates irritation.

Your eyes glow if you're in a pleasant or joyous state, and they look dull when you're lonely or depressed. So if you're having problems or in a bad mood, it might be a good idea to re-schedule your appointment with an important person. Your eyes will unconsciously send signals of your mood or state of mind.

Reveal your eyes.

Avoid wearing sunglasses, because covering up the eyes might give the impression that you're hiding something. Since eyes are very expressive, not allowing people to see your eyes' implies that you don't want them to know how you feel or think. It also makes the other party feel uneasy because they don't know if you're looking at them or not.

Know what people's eye body language means.

How do you know if people are paying attention to you? You'll know it when they establish eye contact while either nodding their heads, smiling, and/or leaning closer.

If they raise their eyebrows, they might want to say or clarify something, end the conversation, or have disagreed with something you've said.

People who deliberately evade your eyes and show no intention of giving you a glance are probably not interested in talking to you, so it may be a good idea to keep away from them.

Don't look if they don't like to be looked at.

Be aware of people who might get offended by looking at them. Some people avoid eye contact because of extreme shyness; so don't add to their discomfort by staring at them.

Some cultures may consider eye contact as a negative or disrespectful act, so be sensitive when you're meeting people of different cultures and adjust accordingly to their beliefs.

Aside from reading eye body language, check other nonverbal signals so you'll have a more accurate assessment of what they're thinking or feeling.

It's hard to imagine, with the information today and even 50 years ago that most people still believe in religions all over the world, just because they were raised to believe in them. Religions of the future will have to adapt to change, a little faster as more people read articles like mine to promote education within your religion.

Discovering Spirit And Sound
Sometimes Your The Problem

Numerology and The Number 11

Seeing the number 11 over and over in your daily
life can mean many things.

Its possible you have prominent 11 in your
comprehensive natal and, or timing charts, which
would mean the number 11 is especially
important to you.

Its common for people to favor certain numbers, or for
certain numbers to mysteriously show up time and again
in their lives, without even realizing that the numbers are
of great magnitude (i.e., position and, or frequency) in
their comprehensive charts.

Or, perhaps it could be purely a subconscious attachment
to the number 11 for any number of reasons.

An article (see Column link on site) dated January 6th,
2006 posted on our web site features more information
about the phenomenon of seeing the same numbers over
and over (whether it is the number 11 or other numbers).

Our Numerology Decoder Software correctly calculates
Master Numbers, can tell you where in your basic charts
you have them and what they mean in those positions.

11 is a Master Number, as are all double digit numbers,
such as 22, 33, 44, 55, 66, 77, 88, and 99. Master
Number is an appropriate term because the high side
of each Master Number represents rare and exceptional
energy originating from outside mundane reality, far
from the norm. But too often the low side of these
double digits manifests, and operating productively
under the energy is like trying to tame a wild horse,
especially when the person lacks the discipline and
general overall capacity to deal with lifes challenges
in the first place. Difficult personal timing as reflected
by the collective patterns of time cycles also symbolically
prohibits the constructive expression of Master Numbers.

11 is not an easy number, especially for material interests.
You want to avoid heavy speculation, for example, if you
have a lot of 11 energy in your comprehensive charts.
There is a huge potential for loss in high risk material
concerns, depending upon the rest of the patterns in the
natal and timing comprehensive charts.

Some of the more challenging traits associated with
the number 11 may include any of the following (other
considerations in the charts collectively either support
or mitigate the energy): Nervous energy, intense fear,
unpredictability, unrealistic outlook, lack of
discernment, religious dogma, fanaticism, insecurity,
hyper-sensitivity, controversial behavior, overly
receptive and vulnerable to the point of being an easy
target, self-deprecation, low self-worth, health issues,
stagnant energy, vacillation, excessive mutability or
changeability to the point of constantly riding the fence
and lacking true personal convictions, dual nature,
excessive idealism and unrealistic spiritual ideas
resulting in a cosmic fu-fu-based dogmatic outlook,
complex personality, untamed, wild inspiration,
emotional volatility, infamy, extreme behavior, or
insanity.

On the high side (again, other aspects/patterns
collectively either corroborate, moderate, or cancel
out the qualities), those with heavy 11 may possess
illumination, unparalleled spiritual awareness (if they
are otherwise grounded, as symbolized by the rest of
the comprehensive charts energy), magnetism, vision,
prophetic talent, charm, grace, inventive inspiration,
and they may have regular revelations to help guide
them on their earthly path. They are often natural
channels and mediums, messengers for the Gods, and
they frequently end up well-known or famous
(frequently very famous). Artistic talent is common,
as are big ideas, high standards, strong interest in
metaphysics and holistic healing, humanitarianism,
and public service, often through their work (although
it may not appear directly as public service).

11 pertains to heightened awareness and those with
plenty of 11 tend to get regular shocking insight about
their life and other people. After growing into their talent,
its not shocking any longer, at least to them. While they
are often vulnerable, they see others as they are, beyond
the personas and facades. They must learn to trust their
insight and avoid going with the expected modes of
thought and behavior. Grounding disciplines, such as
meditation, exercise, or artistic pursuits serve them well.
Those who try to ignore and deny their piercing
illumination risk phobias, obsessions, and even
psychosis.

Those with a traditionalist point of view possessing
heavy 11 who expect life conditions that appeal to
society (out of a desire for approval) are prone to
embarrassing life situations. For example, a messy,
very public divorce, or a daughter who comes out of
the closet in a very public way in a part of the world
where expressing ones true sexual orientation is still
significantly frowned upon is typical.

Again, 11 isnt easy. Those with a potent 11 along with
heavy materialistic considerations in the comprehensive
charts, sadly, are often challenged with integrity issues.
Duplicity and deceit eventually gain them infamy.
Kenneth Lay (The former CEO of Enron was convicted
of 10 counts of securities fraud in one of the most
publicized corruption scandals in U.S. history; Enrons
bankruptcy was the biggest in U.S. history when it was
filed in late 2001.) and Manuel Noriega (The Panamanian
dictator was accused of taking payoffs from a Columbian
drug cartel; in the early 1990s he was convicted and
sentenced to 40 years in U.S. prison.) are two prime
examples.

Divine revelation is intimately tied to the number 11.
The two columns of the side-by-side number ones
comprising the 11 symbolize a channel from higher
dimensions.

Unfortunately those with plenty of 11 are too often
seen as empty-headed. This is partly because its not
easy being in two places at once under the 11 (easier
with other Master Numbers, such as 22 or 77). They
split their energy between the earth plane and other
dimensions, often-times preferring the latter. Its as if
in their most previous existences, they spent more time
in angelic form instead of in human form. Its natural
for them to psychically tap into the mysterious, unseen
levels of being while generating their phenomenal
visions. However, they suffer from not spending 100%
of their time rooted on the earth plane, and it detracts
from a solid feet on the ground existence.

Number 11 demands that one lives their light, no
matter how good or bad that light might seem to
society. To do otherwise makes their life more difficult
than necessary. A compassionate viewpoint and candid
way of life, living within their ideals, allows them to
effectively spread their vision, fulfilling their earthly
mission.

Some great examples of known individuals with heavy
11 energy (in various, prominent positions in the
comprehensive charts) include the following:

*Leonardo DiCaprio, American actor, lead in Titanic,
the biggest grossing film of all time.

*George Patton, American military commander of
WW1 forces. He Claimed he had lived previous lives
as, among others, a Greek soldier and a Roman
Legionnaire.

*Jackie Stewart, Scottish-American pro race car
driver; one of the most famous race car drivers of all
time.

*Gene Wilder, American comedian and actor. Joined
the army in his 20s and spent two years in the
psychiatric hospital ward, which he later drew upon
for his role in One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest.

Difficulties Talking About Religion

Create Through the Imagination

I invite you to come on a journey into your imagination to create a positive dream for your life.

I would like to take you on a creative journey into the imagination. Let your awareness settle down and become quite. Think of your favourite place, where you feel safe and secure. I am going to use the example of a log cabin, which I have visited on many occasions.

In your minds eye start to create the image of this friendly place, which can be either real or imaginary, it does not matter for this exercise. Use all your senses to create the image; smell the damp woods that surround the log cabin, hear the lapping of the waves on the lake outside the front door. Feel the warmth from the wood burning stove and taste the saliva in your mouth in anticipation of the lovely meal, which is cooking on the stove. See the lovely scene in front of you: a log cabin full of your favourite things, the lake surrounded by forests with snow-capped mountains in the distance.

This is a very peaceful place, a place that you come to create and plan. Sit down in the rocking chair on the porch and take your awareness within.

Allow your awareness to dream of anything that feels it will bring great joy and happiness to you. This is a place where everything is possible, there is truly no restrictions, use your powers of visualisation to create a picture in your mind of you following your dream.

This may be a new dream or one you have had all your life. Give yourself the freedom to dream it now in this safe place; it will be different for each one of you. This is a very personal create experience.

Use all your senses and run the creative process like watching a movie, see yourself in the movie playing the lead role. If you like, close your eyes for a few minutes and watch your dream unfold enjoy the experience and bring in all the resources and friends you need to help you with this project. Experience it on all the levels of your feeling.

If at any time you feel a lack or a feeling of fear, allow your awareness to rest on your breathing and take a few seconds just being conscious of the breath as it enters and leaves your body.

Know that you can come to this place whenever you like. You can create in perfect freedom without restriction or limitation. Just give yourself the freedom to dream consciously using the imagination and visualisation.

Then when you are happy with your creation, allow it to melt into the silence of this place, release the dream completely and rest in the rocking chair. After a little while slowly open your eyes and become aware of the log cabin again and the beautiful seen in front of you. Slowly rise out of the rocking chair and start to walk back to the here and now.

Become aware of your normal surroundings and reconnect with your daily activity.

You can return to this place and dream whenever you want just by using your imagination. Have awareness in your daily activity of any opportunities that may come up to help you come nearer to realising your dream.

Thank you for coming on this journey with me into the realms of imagination and the creative process of visualisation.

Laws Of Attraction In Action

Multicultural Connections - 3 Tips To Connect People To People With Any Cultural Group

As a personal brand strategy coach, I work with clients helping them unearth their authentic strengths, their unique promise of value and help them connect the dots for their prospects and clients of "the why" in "why do business with me." That authenticity is key to any relationship they are forming, business included. In fact, if you believe that all business is based on relationships. Then understand that the key to all relationships is the relationship you have with yourself.

"Know thyself" stated Shakespeare. And, he is so correct, because it is yourself you bring into every connection. This becomes even more evident in making connections with minority based businesses where even our communication is scrutinized for inclusion, awareness and biases.

"Creating community, awareness and inclusion is our focus" shared Odel Crawford, president of the Texas Association of African American Chambers of Commerce. "Our theme for this month's conference is GROWING BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES IN TEXAS. We realize that there are many issues associated with the development, enhancement and sustainability of minority owned businesses. Of course our focus is on African-American entrepreneurs, however we realize the importance of supporting all minority owned businesses as they are important part of a community's economy."

Mr. Crawford brings out three important points to connecting to any minority business or community and that is to "create community, awareness and inclusion". As a coach, I'm driven to make this into useful, do-able, action oriented activities, so let's go:

  • First is AWARENESS. Are you aware of the many communities within your community? Sometimes, diversity trainers will say that we focus too much on the differences. While that might be true, I believe that the differences are their already and to ignore them is not authentic. And don't we know that in connecting with people, that insincerity can be "read" quite quickly? How many cultures are in your community? Make a list and next to each culture identify if there is a group, organization, or association that represents that culture.
  • Second is INCLUSION. Time for some self discovery. Do you do anything that "excludes" or "includes" everyone in your connections? Self discovery can be challenging however, we are that common denominator in every business relationship we have so we're a critical factor. Diverse connections come in many packages and sometimes it is easy for us to assume that the outside or external differences are the only ones we should concern ourselves with. Remove questions like "what are you?" or "what's your nationality?" and rather use all the great networking questions that the many fine experts of this publication will teach you. Asking great questions, or yourself and others and then listening will provide all the "skills" you need to make great connections.

Spending time in self discovery will also help reveal any assumptions that you might have or make. Assumptions, as we all know, can be quite damaging to reputations and relationships. Rachel Stone, president, of the Midland Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and active member of the Texas Association of Mexican American Chambers of Commerce, shares the surprised reaction she gets and comments made when she meets them such as "Your last name is Stone? Are you married to an Anglo man? Or, wow, how did you get a last name like that?"

Abraham Maslow, the creator of Maslow's Hierarchy of needs, found that in addition to the basics of food, water, shelter, air, people have a need to "belong and to be valued." Do you fulfill that need for people when you converse with them? Do you do and say things that make them feel that they "belong" or that they are "valued"?

Here's a quick revealing test to see if you do. Have you ever had someone who has to tell you the story in order to relay the facts to you? Have you ever tried to "cut them off" and give you "just the answer" or "the bottom line information"? If you have, you are guilty of making the person who values "detail and information" feel not valued. Truthfully, have you ever done that to anyone?

As in any networking situation, the goal is to learn more about the other person. The more you know the better the connection you can make. The deeper connection you make the more memorable and visible you become (for all the right reasons). The better the connection the more chance they have to sample your character and competence. The more chance they have to sample your character and competence then the faster trust is developed. Trust is foundational to all great relationships - including business relationships.

Dale Carnegie in his book "How To Win Friends and Influence People" speaks of the rules of engagement. One of the rules is, take a genuine interest in what they're interested in. One, cannot take a genuine interest in someone if they do not know what they're true interest is. It's amazing how often I hear people say, "I think this is what he wants. Or, I know that she wants this." Yet, they've 'not asked the person. They are speaking for this person. How do you feel when someone speaks "for you" and does not check in to see if that's really how you feel? Often the feeling is that of assumptions, being judgmental and even to the point of stereotyping.

So, let's get better at asking some good questions. When you ask great questions you get great answers! When do you ask these questions? When you're at a networking event or when you are meeting someone. Steer clear of asking these in "rapid fire" style or like a 20 point oil check. Do weave them into your coffee conversations. They will put more "meat" into your grip, grin and graze. Here are some to put in your connection bag:

  1. What organizations do you belong to? Or, enjoy spending time with?
  2. What drew you to those organizations? What drew you to this organization?
  3. What have you found to be your most successful times with this organization?
  4. What are some of the barriers that you've encountered as an organization?
  5. What do you enjoy about what you do?
  6. What are some of your favorite activities or events with the organizations you're involved in?
  7. How do you keep yourself connected with others between networking or social events?

The key to great questions is to be silent and listen to the answers.

Lastly:

  • Create COMMUNITY. Bring people together and give them opportunity to feel valued. One of the keys to creating community is to value the people that you are bringing together and that they value you. It is in this "valuing" that you create trust. Trust is a key component to any community and to any team.

Have you ever heard the comment opposites attract? We hear that often especially in the context of couples. And, while in personality style they may be opposites, a closer study reveals that they do share something in common - the same values. Look closely at people in long term relationships and you'll see that they share the same values.

Now, while that is true for marriages and long term relationships there are also some relationships where people do not share the same values but they do share something else in common. They have a shared activity that they enjoy or do together.

As you create community, it can be by discovering and sharing the same VALUES or by having a SHARED ACTIVITY (such as the African American Chambers of Commerce, or the Hispanic Chambers of Commerce) that brings you together.

As this great melting pot world becomes more like the great salad bowl world, you'll see that connecting with minority based networks is more about people relationships that in is about cultural relationships. And, whether their connection is values, generations, experiences or interests, the deepest connections are made people to people.

Change Your Attitude - Self Help Tips

We've been told that attitude is everything. Is it really? Is everything we do successfully or unsuccessfully based on our attitude? The famous psychologist William James said, "The greatest discovery of any generation is that a human being can alter his life by altering his attitude."

Great advice. But the question is, how do we know if we need a change in attitude? If you are not living the kind of life that brings you satisfaction, joy, and abundance, then jump on the "Attitude Change Wagon" now.

Ponder this: When we change how we think about something, the thing we are thinking about changes. (Please read this sentence again.)

It's easy to say "Change your attitude and change your life" but how do you do that and how easy is it? You may not call it easy but it does not have to be difficult if you use a few proven strategies. If you desire to be happier, more joyful, have more abundance, have less stress, and want to really live your dreams, why not give these simple techniques a try?

Think of a person you know who has a great attitude. They are probably up-beat, they think in terms of possibilities, they are non-critical,
they laugh often, and they are great to be around.

Check your attitude with the 'mirror technique'. Observe the reactions of the people you live and.work with throughout the day If they are less than open, a little down, or grumpy, that could be a reflection of your attitude. Attitudes are contagious.

Think with the end in mind. See yourself as that joyful, upbeat, successful,
person you are on the way to becoming. Understand that everything you need in order to live your dreams is already here.
Stop taking yourself so seriously. Look for the humor in all situations.
Get busy giving someone else a helping hand.

Remember that things take time. In most cases you will get immediate results, but if you don't, DO NOT GIVE UP. It will come.

If you are not getting the results you want in any area of your life, do an attitude check on yourself. Even better, have a friend give you some feedback on how you come across to others. This kind of knowledge is power. You can now flip the attitude switch to 'on' and change how you look at things so the things that you look at will change. You will then have an endless supply of Green Lights before you.

Managing Motivation in a Recession

"When the going gets tough, the tough get going"

Write this old, but still very true, quote down on a 3" x 4" file card and stick it on your bathroom mirror, fridge or someplace in your home that forces you to see it everyday. Read it when you get up in the morning and when you go to bed at night.

Visualization of this quote everyday will give you strength to motivate you in your current business or to find a new business career in these recessionary times. Don't underestimate the power of creative dreaming or visualization. Most of the best inventions in life came from people who were not afraid to dream big.

Successful people have mistakes and failures, but they never loose vision of the goal they have set in their mind to achieve. They learn from their mistakes and push forward towards their goal. Goal oriented people become aware of how powerful the force of dreams and desires are.

Take steps to develop these skills beginning in very small ways everyday. You have to own your dreams or desires. Set one or more manageable goals to accomplish everyday. At the end of the day, week and finally the month, you will be amazed at what you have accomplished. The feeling of pride you get from each achievement will keep increasing your energy level to continue accomplishing even more goals. You now have created a road map to achieve success.

Mine your dreams and desires. Don't let setbacks or negative comments bug you. Pay attention to your dreams, fantasies and desires. Face the fears and challenges that have caused you to stop mining those treasures, the treasures that can give you the life you deserve. Think about it, avoidance is really not helping anything. You still expend a great deal of energy on the negative feelings of pain, frustration, guilt and hurt. Remember, "avoidance always prolongs the pain".

Successful people always keep their vision on the larger picture, constantly taking steps to achieve their goal. They constantly visualize the steps they must take to attain the good things they want in life and to avoid the bad things that will hinder them from accomplishing their goals. In short, they rarely do anything without thinking positively about the rewards of their goal and how it will enhance their life.

Successful people don't dwell on blame or fault. Even if someone else is at fault, they take the initiative to address the problem and seek a solution. Whatever the answer may be, they don't loose sight of their goal. Don't just sit there wishing someone would fix the problem, it's your goals at risk, you fix it.

We know the economy is currently in a recession. Don't wait for it to change take action now. Take up a new skill, change your career, and look at a different field of employment. Look somewhere else to find another career, find a niche that is hot, enlarge your network of searches, and be open to new job or career opportunities. Read the newspaper, entrepreneur magazines, start thinking outside the box. What have you always dreamt about doing? Don't just sit around and wait.

Force yourself out of your comfort zone. Nothing will happen unless you get started taking action now. Start off by taking baby steps; this will decrease your setbacks while building your confidence.

"If an ant picks up one grain of sand at a time, the city will still be built. But if the ant looks at the grain of sand and says this is not a city; there will be no city at the end."

Who am I?

At best, I am a life coach! I was an inner city child with a single mom until the age of 8. I had an abusive step father that forced me to leave home at 16. I grew up on the streets. My life as you can imagine with the role models I encountered quickly shaped my future. After years of alcohol abuse, therapy sessions, counselling and anger management courses, I was at a crossroad. My life was not what I envisioned it would be and it was spiraling out of control. Realizing my barriers was painful to say the least. I couldn't mask my emotions anymore and that is when I decided I needed a life change! Even though my career was in the right direction at the time I couldn't experience happiness.

Change came after applying the teachings and secrets that I am about to reveal to you I use in my own life. I am student of life's teachings in all aspects. My teachings are a condensed version of experiences, encounters, lessons and action plans that are put together in an easy to use manual.

Do You Live Life on Default Or Do You Participate in Your Life

It's incredible the number of people who do very little or no planning in their lives. Who is in charge? What is there to be gained from wandering about life from experience to experience without having any idea of where you are going? I like to think of it as though there is an auto-pilot flying your life - sometimes you'll get something that you really want or arrive somewhere you really want to be, but most of the time, you are simply going to get what you get.

In order to live your life with a sense of direction, you have to make some decisions. You have to decide:

  • Where you are going
  • What you want to be, do and have
  • How active you are going to be in pursuing your goals

I'm a firm believer that there is no pre-determined purpose to our lives and that ultimately, it makes no difference if you live your life set to default, or if you take an active role in your life's direction and purpose. I do get the sense that to live our lives set to default is to miss out on some of the wonderful journeys we are able to create for ourselves. If you constantly find yourself arriving at a new destination, that you didn't pre-plan or intend to arrive at, then surely you've simply been a passenger in your life and not the driver. Ultimately though, if you understand that you have the choice to participate or sit back and let it happen, then you make the choice from an informed position. There are many people who are unaware that they do have the choice to participate in life and it is these people who have the most to gain from reading these words.

So rather than being a passenger, decide where you wish to go, who you wish to be and what you wish to have in your life, and then take action and make it happen.

The Plain Truth about Easter

Like dumb sheep to the slaughter, most of mankind continues to blindly follow pagan traditions, rather than obey God's clear commands (Mark 7:7). Has it ever occurred to those stuffing their faces with Easter ham that Jesus would puke at the thought? Neither Jesus or Peter, James or John ever ate forbidden foods. They wouldn't feel too comfortable at plenty of people's dinner tables.

Even the early Gentile converts to Jewish Christianity respected the biblical dietary laws (Acts 15:20), understanding that not all foods are sanctioned by the Creator in the Holy Scriptures (I Timothy 4:5).

When John the Baptist recognized Jesus as our Passover sacrifice, he declared: "Behold the Lamb of God" (John 1:29). He didn't say, "Here comes the Easter Bunny!" Again, like the Easter ham, the Easter rabbit is also rejected in the Bible as an abomination (Leviticus 11:6-7).

The very name of Easter exposes itself as a heathen festival, although it's cloaked as "Christian." Easter/Ishtar/Astarte is the Babylonian spring goddess our British-Israelite forefathers foolishly worshipped. Hence the fertility symbols of rabbits and eggs.

God isn't fooled by such baptized paganism, such whitewashed heathen customs (Deuteronomy 12:30). He commands us to commemorate Jesus' death every Passover and recognize His atoning work of redemption as our resurrected High Priest in Heaven, unleavening our lives of sin (I Corinthians 5:7-8).

The early Church followed Jesus' Jewish example for several hundred years until Gentile opposition (from false converts) threatened them with a death sentence if they didn't bow before Easter observances (the Quarto-Deciman controversy)!

A growing number now know, understand and believe the biblical account that we're to observe Passover and that Jesus was resurrected before sunrise Sunday, "when it was yet dark" (John 10:1). Others prefer to reject this light of understanding to remain in their traditional darkness and die in their sins (John 3:19)-- it's that serious! Because if our nations don't repent of such idolatry and immorality we'll soon suffer national destruction, defeat and deportation! That's why this article of faith is part of our plea to diehard Catholics and Protestants to repent.

Thankfully, every generation has those chosen few who are willing to reject holidays for holy days and "earnestly contend for the faith once delivered" (Jude 3). Hopefully, this plain truth about Easter will cause you to question your beliefs and provide some "kosher" food for thought!

Goals That Come True!

Setting goals is a very important thing to do in your life. But, setting a goal does not guarantee that it will actually happen. Just writing a goal down on paper does not make it come true. What can you do to make sure that your goals DO come true?

First of all, you have to make your goals more than just wishes or hopes. They have to excite you and create a compelling drive so that you are motivated and inspired to make sure that they do happen. You also have to make sure that you are 100 percent committed to yourself and your goals.

DO NOT MAKE WISHES...

Your goals have to be just that--goals. They can not be things that you wish would happen or things that you just dream about happening. No matter what, you can be guaranteed that there are going to be setbacks in your life. There are going to be roadblocks between you and your goals.

But, you can get past these roadblocks if you are 100 percent committed to achieving your goals. Action is key. No one has ever achieved their desires by simply dreaming or wishing for them to happen. There are no magic words you can recite that will make your dreams just appear before you.

You have to be willing to get up and take action so that they do happen. Otherwise, your goals really are nothing more than just wishes or hopes. Keep yourself committed and get up and get moving closer towards what you really do want in life.

Becoming the Old Woman Full of Wisdom

A woman in society is a very interesting creature. She is a sign of beauty and all the male people want to be associated with her. In the life of a woman, there are many stages. First, there is the beginning stage, when she is born. The female child is a blessing in most societies of the world. Today, their arrival is celebrated as they are ushered into the real world. The girl child will then develop as they reach a stage where information and understanding comes to them. After this, they will enter into a stage where they will start to discover the opposite sex and the power of attraction. This is a crucial stage and many girls do things their bodies have never done. It is the verge of adulthood, however strange and confusing, the lady will enjoy every minute because it is a gateway to new and exciting things until she becomes the old woman. From this stage, the lady will start to look more keenly at the opposite sex as they look out for a person who could be destined for them.

It does not take long before a young man comes calling and depending on the feelings of the lady, she will either accept or deny. When a girl is treated with love and respect from an attractive man, it is very easy for them to say yes. The next transition might be marriage if everything goes well. This is the stage where the girl becomes a woman. They say that this is the stage where ladies learn most. The wisdom will last until they are referred to as the old woman. Life will be based on this institution which is called marriage and a lot comes from it. Children and even wealth of many sorts will come to a woman at this stage. She is not yet the old woman. Sometimes, there will be feelings of inadequacies but, they will pass and if the partners are still committed to the marraige it will last. The woman will then learn to harbor great wisdom that will seek to direct her children. Sometimes, she will be shocked at the fact that a lot of sense comes from her mouth. She will just see herself as the young girl who was mesmerized by the thought of having her own home. At time, she will feel like the old woman but, it is not yet time for that.

A dry season might set in and the husband might begin to change. They will engage in all business that is strange and, people will refer to it as mid life crisis. This crisis will not spare the woman. She will have to undergo her fair share of challenges as she recounts all those dreams she has not yet fulfilled. But at this stage, the children are grown up and some are leaving home. She will be feeling like the old woman. When the kids mature up, little things will not worry her anymore, she is happy observing the success of her children. At some point, the grand children will start to beckon and, she is the old woman. She will be the source of wisdom and guidance to her children. Her words are invaluable. Years of experience have taught her all she needs to know about life. She is the mature older woman. It is pretty exciting going through the journeys of life knowing that you have no regrets.

Practical Affirmation - Focused Action

Everybody knows what an affirmation is, right? A little recitation you say a few times in the morning to make the mirror happy. Positive thinking. A gimmick. A cynic might perceive affirmations as naive self-deception or even as lies.

Sometimes it seems that way, doesn't it? You've chanted the phrase, "I am abundance and prosperity" a boatload of times and still have trouble paying the bills. You've affirmed, "I am the possibility of energy and vitality" and still you're exhausted. You've ranted, "I love and believe in myself!" with the best of 'em, but your self-esteem just doesn't take off.

Yet we also hear the magnificent success stories. Is there a trick to this affirmation game?

Yep. Sure is. And you're about to learn what it is.

Besides the actual language of the affirmation, there are a few more things that need to happen in order to bring the deal to life. Today, we'll be looking at action. Sometimes people get this part backwards, as I hope the following snippet will illustrate:

Me, to wellness coaching participant: So how has your self-image project been coming along?

Participant: I haven't done anything.

Me: We wrote out your action steps for the past week in your planner. Did you follow them?

Participant: Nope. Haven't even opened it.

Me: Why not?

Participant: Low self-esteem.

No amount of affirmation is going to overcome the refusal to take action. The average person, once they say they're going to do something, will set an internal expectation that they're going to do it. Sometimes something happens and it doesn't get done -- ever.

Typically, at that point the person will make up a story in their head about why they didn't do it. Next time a similar situation comes up, something like this will begin to play on their internal tape loop: "I didn't feel like doing it last time, so I didn't. I'm still alive. I survived without doing it last time. Guess I can survive without doing it again now. I'm off the hook!"

Off the hook, yes. Happy? Not a chance.

The person who gets caught in this feedback loop has just conclusively proved to himself that he is a liar. He said he was going to do something, and then let himself off the hook without following through. He is still alive, but he feels like a schmuck.

He also doesn't have the tangible outcome that the action would have produced.

This is what happened to Joe, who was recently laid off from his job as a carpenter. Things are tight. But his sister told him not to worry. She even helped him out by suggesting a calming affirmation:

"My family is securely provided for. All our needs are fulfilled."

Joe started saying the affirmation, just like his sister told him. The next night while spacing out in front of the TV, Joe got a brainstorm. "We've got a big backyard," he thought. "I'll plant a vegetable garden! At least we won't be hungry."

Next time Joe was at the store, he picked up a few seed packets. When he got them home, he read the directions on the back. Plant in well-prepared soil.

Joe, not being an experienced gardener, wasn't sure how to prepare the soil. He never got around to figuring it out and didn't plant the seeds. Now, 2 months later, he's short the cash he spent and has nothing to show for it.

"These affirmations don't work!" he moans. "I said it and nothing happened! Still no job, and we've about tapped out our savings."

As I tell the story here, it's pretty obvious that the affirmation really could have worked. Joe had the insight he needed. He just didn't follow through with action. To make matters worse, his mind is now telling him, "You're a guy who doesn't follow through. No point thinking up any more bright ideas, is there?" The door to creative solutions has slammed shut.

Oh yeah. Joe's job counselor says he has low self-esteem.

Had he planted the garden, chances are that Joe's self-esteem would have weathered the storm just fine. How come? Well, instead of eating frozen chicken nuggets and popcorn for dinner, he'd be fat and happy on fresh garden produce. The nutrition alone would have given him a boost. But that's just the beginning.

Had he planted the garden, Joe would have earned the right to think of himself as a resourceful individual who seizes inspiration, trusts his instincts, and follows through. That mental state would most likely have him think of a few other things, too, beyond the garden. He would most likely have followed through on some of those inspirations as well. Might even have gotten himself another job by now.

Focused action is one of the key factors that brings affirmation to life. Why not make a plan and try it?

Developing a Positive Attitude by Pretending

Developing a positive attitude creates a positive attitude, just as energy produces more energy. Developing a positive attitude affects your own way of thinking, as well as the thinking of other people that surrounds you. In effect, no matter how bad or rotten a situation may look like, you can make it seem or appear better by at least pretending to have that kind of outlook-even if you yourself do not feel optimistic at all. In this case, even if you are just feigning to have a constructive outlook, the people around you would sense an optimistic energy and would be influenced to the point where they are developing a positive attitude relative to a given situation.

This feigned positive attitude would also have a huge deal of favorable response and influence on anybody that you have to encounter with which can be an answer to your problem as well-even if they're not exactly included in the solution to the problem. If for example, your company is on the edge of bankruptcy, and you really need to visit the bank manager in how to get a loan to rebuild and continue your business despite the financial crisis no matter what. Now, how do you approach him? Of course, you do not want to walk right inside his office with tears welling in your eyes, begging and complaining about how terrible and unforgiving the business is.

Preferably, you would want to walk in with a hopeful smile pasted on your face and telling him optimistic and bright things about the company and your future plans, so he could see that you haven't given up hope on life, and that he could sense that there is a practicable plan in store. The point here is trying to depict or represent a positive attitude that a solution would be found in the offing that you simply refuse to believe the situation is beyond hope, and to let the team understand that you are carrying on and not calling it quits-even if you don't truly believe any of those yourself.

Pretending in possessing a positive attitude is not permitting to telling lies, however. The persons who are involved in trying to help resolve a problem must be told the truth of the situation though. This perception would clean their minds, and help them create good decision in connection to the problem at hand-which helps you also, and makes you believe as if your false positive attitude becomes real as well. In addition, you could fool yourself into possessing a positive attitude also. By feigning that you already have that positive attitude, you play it for so long that little by little, it becomes habitual-a learned stimulus.

This encouraging outlook that you get to portray each and every single day becomes real, even without you being aware of it all. If ever this happens, some people don't even recall or recognize that they were just pretending in the first place! They may begin to think it was for real all along.

The Basis of Concentration / Meditation with Reference to Kundalini Yoga

Mother earth is known to be fertile and a womb of jewels. We all know that skies give us life-giving water in the form of rains. There is no limit to the vault of valuable objects in the ocean. Yet human beings have infinitely more wealth than all this put together. If the veils of our inner character are uncovered, we will visualize demigods and incarnations of God in this small body made of flesh and blood. Only on the basis of enterprise and hard work can one earn wealth.

Every unit of our body is amazing. We will be amazed to see great mysteries if we dive deeper within it. Amongst all bodily organs the brain predominates. When one sees its conscious, unconscious and higher conscious activities one will realize how great is a living being that directs its movements. Everyone is aware of how one earns money, fame, comforts via education, art skills and other profession. As a result every individual tries to augment his own intellectual skills and that of his family members. The bodies of all individuals are strikingly similar. The mind is very special. He who evolves his mind attains lot of success in life. Those who fail to do so tend to live a life of poverty and hardships. Mans downfall or upliftment is mainly dependent on his intellectual state.

This so far has been related to the conscious mind. The inner movement of bodily organs is dependent on the subconscious mind. Good or bad habits are gathered in this area. Depending on our hopes and aspirations, the motor of our life moves in either a good or bad direction. It is the subconscious mind that decides the nature of our body, its attraction, its strength and skill. It is unknown powers that decide our destiny. The creator of this mysterious unknown personality is the subconscious mind, which directs all movements of a living being with the help of the intellect. Brain research scientists say that a very small area of the mysteries of the mind has been discovered. In comparison to the conscious mind (known), the subconscious mind (unknown) is more pervasive. Only a very small area of the brain is made use of by us. If only its latent state is awakened and made apt use of, one can see gigantic energy manifest in a tiny human body. If only we master our subconscious mind, we can become authors of our destiny.

Beyond the conscious and sub-conscious mind lies the superconscious state. It is inseparably bound to cosmic consciousness and a lot of give and take takes place between them. In comparison to the gross material world, the objects and energy flow of the subtle world are extremely more high statured. If a give and take relationship is set up with it, man can understand those divine mysteries, which are otherwise unknown. One can attain divine help, which is otherwise unavailable. With the help of gross powers we attain merely a few gross comforts that are transitory in nature. But with the help of subtle powers we attain those divine glories, which stay with us eternally. We have seen and heard of miraculous personalities who possess Extra Sensory Powers (ESP). Over here the special qualities of the superconscious mind manifest amazing skills and personalities.

It is very difficult to control the brain. No doubt our soul is powerful yet it lives a life of lack, poverty and hardships. The reason for this is that there is no self-control. Our activities akin to an unruly horse create agitation. If we fail to control our mind, how can we control external circumstances? We all want to change our circumstances but we never first control our psyche. Thus peace and joy run miles away from us. Great Seers/Saints of the world proclaim Control your mind and you will gain victory over the world. This is a fact because the moment you master your mind, it is easy to master external circumstances. Self-control means mastering thought waves and hence our very thinking. We must direct our thinking in an apt direction. This is achieved via Dhyan Yoga or meditation. A particular form or thought is introduced in the slate of our mind. It is pressurized into moving along a very small focused periphery. It is forced to stop its jumping nature like that of a monkey. No doubt this task is very difficult, yet a powerful resolve (Sankalpa) and unswerving perseverance helps us make this task easy and successful. We have never controlled our mind in a regular manner. Our character is nothing but a symbol of our mind. Our mind is used to following the path of lowliness and thus we imbibe bad thoughts. If only we had tried controlling the mind, we would have made it cultured and sacred. Only then can we be revered as a great personality. One could then avail of cooperation and respect from all directions. It is the demeaning mind that makes us execute lowly activities. Thus we live a sorry life of poverty and pain. On the other hand if one wishes to raise ones lowly state, one will have to purify the mind by overcoming all taints within it. We will have to learn the art of self/mind control in order to purify our psyche. Dhyan Yoga or meditation is a powerful method that helps us attain mind control.

Meditation has many aims

1. Controlling ones monkey like mind that runs hither and tither.

2. Utilizing the power of self-control for apt tasks.

3. Augmenting our intellectual potential via concentration of the mind.

4. Focussing our mind at a single point via a powerful resolve (or Sankalpa) so as to create miraculous movements.

5. Discovering the mysterious layers of consciousness with our own will power.

6. Discarding all mental taints.

7. Augmenting sacred activities.

8. Maintaining a serene mind even amidst chaotic conditions.

9. Experiencing bliss and peace under any circumstance.

10. Influencing those areas of contact with our thought electricity and augmenting elements that bring joy and peace in the world.

All these are worldly/intellectual applications of concentration/meditation. Even a so-called atheist can get benefits with a little bit of alertness and zeal. This method of meditation is of a general and medium stature. Ever so todays highly intellectual human beings too will have to accept its great utility. Even a man of ordinary faith and sensitivity can benefit from meditation.

Ahead of this are high leveled benefits of meditation. For that a psyche full of intense faith in God and sacred sentiments is required. As a result one can merge ones individual consciousness with cosmic consciousness or God. Attracting and imbibing ones Guru (preceptor) and icons Divine Powers is possible only with the help of these high statured meditation methods. Only then can the individual soul (microcosm) merge into the cosmic soul (macrocosm i.e. God). No doubt man is an infinite storehouse of Divine Powers and that he can activate them with his own efforts. Hence one carries out primary and medium leveled meditation techniques. But it is only with the help of high leveled spiritual practices that one can contact great divine souls and thus merge our individual soul with cosmic consciousness or God. The goal of high leveled concentration/meditation is attainment of God, attainment of the goal of life and union of a living being with God.

Just as due to augmentation of bodily, intellectual and financial wealth the association of our contact area and means of public welfare augment, in the same way purification of individual psyche benefits both the individual and the entire world. Via the gross world we attain a lot of benefits due to hard work. The glories of the subtle world are that much more infinite. Meditation is a very powerful tool which helps one build that will-power which can imbibe/attract these innumerable Divine Powers. Wild beasts of the forest are very dangerous, but when they are trained, we can make apt use of them. In the same way once we master the art of controlling and making apt use of our mental potential, our character and personality will became brilliant. The greatest achievement of human life is to attain inner/soul progress without any external help. As a result one can attain innumerable Divine Powers. Thus it is most required that we master the art of meditation i.e. Dhyan Yoga.

With the help of meditation we can attain God and get the superconscious experience of God realization. Further one becomes healthy, strong and one can attain secret Divine Powers. All sacred scriptures maintain that only man can attain Divine Powers and glories. This is a fact. Our consciousness is omnipotent. Yet the reason why we fail to attain them is that we lack the art of mental control. He who masters this art of self-control gains victory over the entire cosmos.

Via concentration/meditation of the 5 sheaths the 5 Vital Forces of our consciousness and the 5 elements of our body became so radiant that one becomes a leading personality of the world. The 5 faced images of Mother Gayatri symbolize the energies of the 5 demigods of the inner world. If concentration/meditation is executed methodically, one masters the subtle cosmos and thus one establishes an important relationship of give and take with it.

In the meditation practice of Kundalini Shakti or Divine Serpent Power awakening the doors of manifestation and utilization of infinite Divine Powers albeit in seed form are opened up. Kundalini is our bodily energy. With its help one attracts infinite energies of the material world and this one becomes powerful both materially and spiritually. During the uncovering of the 5 sheaths (Panchakoshas) the mysterious layers of conscious energy are unfolded. Soul power is made more radiant via the 5 sheaths and the body via Kundalini Shakti. In order to achieve this 2 fold aim, concentration/meditation predominates over all other spiritual practices.

Ordinarily people think that meditation means placing an image in front of our mind and trying to continuously imagine that form. This is only partially true. No doubt one makes use of this method, yet only those with a powerful mental resolve see this image blurred at first and later very clearly on the slate of their minds. Not everyone has this power of resolve (Sankalpa) and it is possible only for people with special mental capabilities. Only those people who combine their sacred emotions, imagination power, faith in God and focused mind so as to mentally visualize Gods image very clearly, are capable enough of executing such a method of meditation.

As soon as an aspirant sits for meditation with eyes closed, he immediately thinks of things/people very dear to him. As though seated in a movie theatre they revel in this mental video of theirs. True meditation means trying to paint an image on our mental slate with the help of sacred sentiments. First one sees the image with eyes open and then one tries to visualize it mentally. This is called Trataka. Only then very slowly and steadily the mental image becomes clearer and thus our meditation keeps progressing.

Not every human brain is aptly designed to augment sacred sentiments or visualizing sacred images during meditation. Hence in order to focus our meditation, Drishya Yoga or Bindu Yoga is not recommended. The fundamental aim is to stop scattering of thought waves and instead focus them at a point. This can be achieved variedly with the help of 5 sense organs of knowledge. These are methods like Naad Yoga, via ones ears, Gandha Yoga via our nose, Rasna Yoga via our tongue, Sparsha Yoga via our skin. Over here one sees forms with the help of subtle eyes.

For seekers of a preliminary stage, it is best that their minds follow one thought flow which is sacred. The concentration/meditation of scientists, artists, musicians etc. is of this variety wherein their minds revolve around one particular type of thought flow. Thus they perform extraordinary feats. The same tenet is used in concentration/meditation techniques with reference to 5 sheaths and Kundalini activation. Over here the thought flow is predominant. It is akin to seeing a movie on one particular topic. It is not necessary that one will get the holy vision (Darshan) of the particular Gods image that one meditates on. In certain special types of mental reflection, infinite images appear every moment and then they disappear. Yet this is not true meditation. The following nature of concentration/meditation too is of this type. If importance is given to the directions laid down and one thinks deeply about them, know for sure that the true goal of concentration/meditation is about to be achieved. It is beyond doubt that one will benefit immensely from their sacred results.

God and the Spider

"In God we will have success!" Nehemiah 2:20

During World War II, a US marine was separated from his unit on a Pacific island. The fighting had been intense, and in the smoke and the crossfire he had lost touch with his comrades.

Alone in the jungle, he could hear enemy soldiers coming in his direction. Scrambling for cover, he found his way up a high ridge to several small caves in the rock. Quickly he crawled inside one of the caves. Although safe for the moment, he realized that once the enemy soldiers looking for him swept up the ridge, they would quickly search all the caves and he would be killed.

As he waited, he prayed, "Lord, if it be your will, please protect me. Whatever your will though, I love you and trust you. Amen."

After praying, he lay quietly listening to the enemy begin to draw close. He thought, "Well, I guess the Lord isn't going to help me out of this one." Then he saw a spider begin to build a web over the front of his cave. As he watched, listening to the enemy searching for him all the while, the spider layered strand after strand of web across the opening of the cave.

"Hah", he thought. "What I need is a brick wall and what the Lord has Sent me is a spider web. God does have a sense of humour." As the enemy drew closer he watched from the darkness of his Hideout And could see them searching one cave after another. As they came to his, he got ready to make his last stand. To his amazement, however, after glancing in the direction of his cave, they moved on. Suddenly, he realized that with the spider web over the entrance, his cave
looked as if no one had entered for quite a while.

"Lord, forgive me," prayed the young man. "I had forgotten that in you a spider's web is stronger than a brick wall."

Always trust our Lord Jesus Christ, he will find way where there is no way.

Laws Of Attraction In Action

Why Creative Visualization Works

Experience has shown that creative visualization works. It is quite possible to prove that circumstances and events follow thoughts. Take any situation or happening in your life, and go back to find what kind of thoughts preceded the event. You will find out that a particular event, followed particular thoughts.

Here are the reasons why visualization produces results:

# We are an inseparable part of the creative Universal Mind. Our thoughts are projected into this omnipotent power, and cause its tremendous power act on our behalf. The Universal mind and us are partners in creating our life.

# Everything in the Universe is interconnected. Each thought, action and event in the universe are connected, and influence each other. Each thought and action causes reactions and repercussions.

# Everything in the Universe is energy. We see differences because each object has a different wavelength and density. We live in an ocean of energy. Each wave in this ocean influences the other waves. Thoughts, as part of this body of energy, work with the creative Universal energy and interact with it.

# Thoughts are like a magnet, they attract similar thoughts and circumstances. Thinking one thought invites into the mind more similar thoughts and ideas. These thoughts tend to attract circumstances that are in accordance with them.

# A clear mental image radiates from the mind of the one thinking it, and is transmitted to other minds. Whoever is receptive to this kind of thought may perceive it and act on it, thus being the agent to fulfill the desire.

# By repeating the same thoughts day after day, the subconscious mind is driven to act on them. In this way habits and behavior are formed. The thoughts that sink into the subconscious mind drive people into corresponding action.

# Each thought we think arouses an associated emotion. If the emotion is strong enough, it incites to action. Strong thoughts energized by emotions cause more energetic and definite action than weak thoughts. Such an action brings results in accordance with the thought that prompted it.

# Similar thoughts bring people together. When one person has a need, and the other can supply it, their thinking can bring them together in a surprising manner. This is what we call a coincidence.

Some time ago I have heard the following story, which can illustrate such a coincidence:

A woman has been searching for of a new job as a graphic designer. One morning, while going towards her car, she found out that she had a flat tire. Reluctantly she took the spare tire out, and prepared herself for the unpleasant task of changing it.

As she was trying to loosen the screws of the tire, a car stopped by, and the driver asked her if she needed any assistance. She accepted his help, and while changing the wheel they started to talk.

It turned out that he owned a graphics designing company, and needed desperately a qualified and experienced graphic designer. To her surprise and joy, he requested her to come to his office later during the day, with her certificates and recommendations for an interview.

She did not have to wait for the interview, as she was always carrying her certificates and recommendations with her. When he saw them, he was deeply impressed and hired her on the spot.

This meeting brought together two people who needed each other in some way. It was no coincidence, as one was thinking about hiring someone, and the other about finding a new job. Their thoughts brought them into meeting each other.

How to Find the Best Endometriosis Self Help Program

Endometriosis is a Chronic condition that afflicts over 5 millions women between 20- 40 years old age group in the US alone and increases rapidly in the world population, especially in Asia. It is caused by environmental toxins, unhealthy diet, and recent economical prosperity. During menstruation, the menstrual lining in the inside of the uterus is expelled known as menstruation blood but instead some of the endometriosis tissues growing somewhere else in the body causes endometriosis.

Here are some essential conditions to find the best endometriosis self help program.

1. Qualification of the writer
Since conventional treatment has some success in treating endometriosis but without some side effects, qualification of the author becomes importance. It not only gives you the confidence to follow the program, but it also let's you know that the author also understands the conventional treatment and its side effect. I, myself prefer people with extensive experience in fields of diets and have been working for years with conventional medication and specializing in endometriosis such as dietitian, RN specializing in nutritional supplements, and alternative medicine.

2. Program written must pin point the treatment
The program should pin point the author intentions. How exactly will the program help ??
How long will it take ?? What types of treatment will you get??

3. Details of diagnosis
The program must also pin point each symptoms and causes. Since each woman experiences endometriosis uniquely, the treatment must also be designed specifically and uniquely for each of them.

4. Exact dosage must be given
Most endometriosis health sites only provide general information and for education purposes, it is hard to find any of them with specific dosage of treatment. For paid self help programs, it should provide exactly how much you should take and when is the best time to take them.

5. Must not alter much of the living style in early stage
Starting a new program is not easy. Some self help programs require you to change your diet or life style completely, this is a no-no for a self help program. Since our body requires time to adjust for any changes in the diet, abruptly changing your diet may do more harm than good. The best program should be one that makes you understand how the change will do in treating your disease and give you time to achieve that goal slowly.

6. Diet must be included in the treatment program
Using nutritional supplements or herbs are helpful in treating endometriosis. Without daily intake of healthy food, the program may not work effectively and the time required for the treatment may take longer.

7. Side effects must be addressed in the treatment
Some herbs may have some mild side effects, if taken in large doses or for a prolong period of time. The best self help program should also address that as well.

8. Given time length for improvement
Nutritional supplements and herbs may need time to take effect, but you will feel improvement within few days of treatment. The author should be able to tell you that.

9. Program must be written in daily English and is understandable for the purchaser
Program should be written in easy understanding daily English, you don't want to have a dictionary with you every time you read the program. Technical and medical term should only be used when it is necessary.

10. Refund policy
Even with the best self help program, it may not work for all women. Be sure you buy from one that has been in business for many years, with good reputations and offers at least 8 weeks refund guaranteed.

I hope this information will help and good luck on your treatment.

5 Warning Signs Your Self Discovery Approaches Aren't Working

Ever wonder why what you're doing isn't working? This month's article is all about what you can do when you are not experiencing results from your spiritual practice.

WHAT ARE THE 5 WARNING SIGNS?

  1. FORCING THE OUTCOME. Say you have your heart set on a goal that you really, really want to achieve. You've made a vision board. You've visualized every single detail of your goal. You have a positive affirmation taped to your bathroom mirror. For whatever reason, every step you take towards your goal is met with an obstacle. Delays. Uncooperative people. Being overwhelmed with details. Legal mix-ups. Missed deadlines. Whatever.

-->WHAT YOU CAN DO? When this happens, it is a ripe opportunity to stop yourself in your tracks. Maybe this isn't suppose to unfold in the way that you think it should. By forcing the outcome you are imposing your will instead of working in harmony with the universe. Now's the time to let go of your attachment to the outcome. No one enjoys being micromanaged. Give the universe some space to work her magic. Say out loud: "May this or something better manifest..."

  2. FOCUSING ON WHAT YOU DON'T WANT INSTEAD OF WHAT YOU DO WANT. It is far easier to name what you are dissatisfied with than it is to articulate specifically what you clearly want. You've heard the analogy of "placing your order" with the universe and that the universe doesn't process "negatives" - so it focuses on the person, place, thing, quality, or idea regardless of the emotion. You say "I don't want to be in debt" and the universe hears "debt." So what do you get? MORE debt.

-->WHAT YOU CAN DO? It is good to be clear with how you state your intentions. Focus on what you want. Flip any of your negatively phrased statements into the positive. For example: "I don't want to be in debt" becomes what you truly DO want by stating, "I want to be financially independent." Place your order with conscious awareness and you'll get what you asked for - remember to be specific!

  3. POSING. Stop posing and start moving. If you are a perfectionist, there is always going to be an excuse not to start something now. As you embark on a new spiritual adventure, it can be easy to get caught up in looking the perfect part instead of delving into the messy discovery. Or if you are caught up in the thinking, reason, logic, argument, fantasies, planning, scheming, knowing, and worrying...there is simply no room for these things when you are on the path of awareness. They only satisfy your ego. And where there is ego, there is no amigo.

-->WHAT YOU CAN DO? Be both generous and gentle with your perfectionist self. Put one foot in front of the other and move into the direction of your dreams - even if you don't know all the details. Of course, do what you need to boost your confidence and help yourself feel good, but don't put off trying yoga because you think you can't afford that new yoga outfit. So what if it is your first time, everyone starts somewhere. NO one is there waiting for you to fail.

  4. THE POWER OF NOW DOESN'T MEAN YOU GET EVERYTHING NOW. You can't wait. When you don't see immediate results, you think what you are doing is not working. This can be frustrating and discouraging. How long does it take? It takes as long as it should. We live in a society of instant gratification. Not everything comes in an instant oatmeal package - ready in 60 seconds. Some things are worth the wait. But give yourself a break and just be with it all. Make room for time. Patience. Patience. Patience.

-->WHAT YOU CAN DO? Try the Power of Yet. When you don't experience the instant fix, keep yourself motivated by simply adding the word "Yet." For example, "I am not meditating for 30 minutes...yet." "I haven't made it to yoga 3x in a row...yet." And then see #2 above. You can always try working the positive side. "I just did 10 minutes of yoga!" Why not celebrate what you do instead of what you aren't doing yet?

  5. THIS ISN'T A TO DO LIST. Self discovery doesn't respond well to being project managed. Spiritual exploration isn't something that has a finite beginning and ending, it is a "becoming" and a lifetime of learning.

-->WHAT YOU CAN DO? Divine the signs and symbols. Ask for help when you need it. Seek great teachers. Take time to move from accumulation of knowledge to application in your daily round. That is when wisdom comes...purely through experience. There may be class you are being called to take. Look for patterns and recurring themes.

CLOSING

At the end of the day it is really all about action and being responsible for those actions. Seeing results in your spiritual practice is all about mindful living. Intention alone will not prevail. Intention + Action = Results. Pay attention to the warning signs, make difference choices, and take action. You'll see changes and results...we promise.

  • Release "the how." Make up your mind to trust that you are exactly where you are suppose to be.
  • Take charge of every thought. Thoughts become things so pick good ones.
  • There is power in beginning . Ready, Fire, Aim! Everything doesn't have to be perfect or planned. Sometimes taking the first step is all you need. Just start.
  • Make room for "the yet factor." Patience. Patience. Patience.
  • Realize that effectiveness is within your own power. Move from learning to wisdom. And most of all trust the universe and be yourself!

How To Heal Your Heart

We all experience severe heart break at some time in our lives. For many it happens in childhood or adolescence, the time when we are most vulnerable. A cold mother, an absent father, being different in any way from our peers and ostracized for it - these are some of the reasons for the early feeling that something is wrong, inadequate and utterly disappointing about us. For others, it happens later, when a spouse betrays our love and trust, a child is hurt, or our dream of making it big in the world is shattered.

It happens -sooner or later- to everybody, yet strangely enough, we tend to believe that other people have heaps of money, great careers, excellent health, and are blessed with devoted spouses and perfect children. Even if common sense tells us that this isn't true, we behave as if it were. We hide behind our painted faces and empty phrases, as if our wounded heart was a rare, shameful thing that had to be hidden at all costs. Even if we are the light of every party, our real self never shows up. We withdraw and disconnect while telling pretty lies in appearance, word and deed. Thus our hearts shrink and harden, and we live lonesome, inauthentic lives deep within the fortress we have built from pride and fear.

From this point on, two things can happen: either we become depressed or cynical enough to believe that staying in this barren place and turning into dust is our only option, or we listen to the cries of our exiled hearts and become seekers. If you belonged to the first group, you would not be reading this book. So let's start the search for our true selves. In the following imaginative exercise, you will begin to restore the lost connection to your heart. You may feel some resistance reading these words. Won't this lead to an emotional breakdown, or to an eruption of pain and anger? It depends on your intention.

If you want to explore your childhood or other severe emotional trauma, there are medical and psychological professionals who are trained to guide you through that sensitive process.

What we want to achieve here is to find and free our spiritual hearts. There is the heart, and there is the true heart. There is our "pink" heart, and there is our "golden" heart. There is our low heart, and there is our high heart.

Qualities of the low heart: Passion, Extremes, Volatility, Attachment, Emotion.

Qualities of the high heart: Compassion, Balance, Patience, Unity, Spirit, Soul.

Again, our intention is to connect to the high, the spiritual heart. This may happen instantly, at the first try. If it does, it is a profound, awe-inspiring experience, and you will recognize the level of truth instantly. You will realize that there is, behind your physically sick or emotionally broken heart, a heart that is completely whole and strong and wise. However, establishing this pathway could be a much longer process. You might connect to "pieces" of your heart at a time. Perhaps you will first experience an acute awareness of your heart's imprisonment, or your inner space may remain silent for a while. Take it easy. Whatever happens is just the right thing to happen for you at this point.

EXERCISE: LISTEN TO YOUR HEART

Sit or lie down comfortably, making sure you will not be disturbed. Close your eyes. Breathe. Relax. If relaxation does not come easily to you, visualize a thick, golden liquid pooling in your head. Slowly, slowly, like molasses, it flows down into your whole body, making it slack and heavy.

When you feel relaxed, shift your attention to your chest. Imagine breathing through your chest. In-out. In-out. In-out. Do this as long as you want to. When you are ready, focus your attention gently on your heart.

Your high heart, your true heart, your spiritual heart.

Now, and possibly for the first time, greet your true heart. Express your gratitude for its continuous, life giving service, its protection and guidance.

When you have established a connection, you might want to ask questions. Then be quiet and listen.

Listen to the voice of your heart. This voice might express itself in words, in feelings, in images, in sounds, or just as a "knowing". Learning to recognize the unique voice of your heart may take time, so relax if you can't "get it right" at first.

The Hidden Meaning to Life and Death and Our Spiritual Connection With God, Bliss, and Eternity

We have been born into the human form. We are souled bodies, and our soul is of God, the very essence of God. God has created so many living creatures, but it is only in the human form that we can achieve the purpose of life to know our selves and to know God.

Unfortunately, we have forgot that we are souls, and have become so attached to our physical body that we believe we are nothing but the body itself. God himself is living in this body, but strange as it may seem, we neither seeGod nor talk to God. Although God is so close to us, there is a duality. It is just like a husband and a wife living in the same house but never talking to each other, never seeing each others faces. If the soul and God are in the same body, how can they meet? What caused this separation, this severance from our source, which has caused us, in spite of transitory moments of happiness, such inner distress and isolation?

The answers to these questions are not readily found in books. however elevating and comprehensive they may be. The whole mystery of life and death can only be explained to us by an enlightened being who has resolved the mystery himself. We may call him by many names, a Saint, a Prophet, a Guru, a Master, or a Guide.Such a one became self realized by solving the mystery of life and death and attaining communion with the Almighty. He is in communion with the God Power which is lying dormant in all of us. He has lost his ego and has become one with God.

God himself incarnates as man to help souls which which have been separated from him for countless ages and which are now yearning for his communion, longing to become one with him again.God works in the form of an awakened being to bring dormant souls to life. He must come in the human form, because just as light comes from light, the teacher of man is man. Man is the pinnacle of Gods creation. In no other form can the soul have communion with the creator.I t is said in the scriptures that God made man after his own image. He is next to God. The Muslim scriptures tell us that when man was made,God ordered the angels obedience to man. The human form is therefore considered to be higher than angels. If the angels want salvation, they are forced to take birth ina mans body. This is the reason why all saints, prophets, and seers have stressed the importance of birth in the human form. Only in this form are we able to understand something of the glory of the Creator. To meet him and merge back into Him.This is why we have been born as a man. We need to go back to the source of all peace, light and bliss. This should be our only aim in life.

Atman is a child of God, who is known for his great insight into religion. He has a knack for teaching through quotes and short stories,he is considered an expert writer. He claims that God is his mentor, because he dared to knock on God's door.
